1. Equipment introduction
This machine is used for the flange crimping (Great Wall tooth) between the plastic water chamber and the side plate of the automobile water tank or the bite of the perforated main sheet, so that the plastic water chamber is well sealed with the side plate of the main piece through the sealing gasket to form a closed space.
This machine is divided into long side crimping machine and short side crimping machine, which crimps or bites the long side and short side of the motherboard respectively. First the long side is crimped or occluded, and then the short side is crimped or occluded, one workpiece at a time. The long-edge crimp and occlusion machine belongs to the main machine of the equipment.
The long-side crimping machine has a pneumatic pre-compression device to press the water chamber firmly before the crimping bite.
Using touch screen and PLC control system, display and set the working status of the equipment (step distance and forward speed, etc.), can store a variety of water tank parameters, can be called arbitrarily, especially suitable for a variety of workpieces.
The servo motor and servo drive drive the ball screw to drive and control the crimping and occlusion mechanism, so that the crimping and occlusion mechanism can accurately step along the linear guide rail. The two sets of crimp and occlusal mechanisms are arranged symmetrically, and the travel procedures can be formulated separately, and the applicability is very wide.
In addition to completing the crimping action, the crimping and occlusion mechanism can also realize actions such as avoidance and advance according to the shape of the workpiece water chamber. Due to the aluminum alloy cylinder, the mechanism has become lighter.
The motherboard support mold of the long-edge crimp and occlusion machine can be adjusted according to the motherboard width.
After the workpiece is pressed and snapped in the long side crimping and occlusion machine, 2 short sides are simultaneously crimped on the short side crimping and occlusion machine. The mechanism can be easily adjusted according to the length of the workpiece motherboard. Two-hand button operation.
