Station 1 and Station 2 are placed in parallel or in an L-shape.
Station 1 and 2 are composed of bed, pre-pressing device, lateral adjustment mechanism, long side pressing device, short side pressing device, core conveying device, (product temporary storage silo), electronic control system, pneumatic system, etc. The equipment mechanism is easy to adjust and can be freely adjusted according to different sizes of water tanks. The radiator body, sealing gasket, water chamber, etc. are fixed and pressed by the pre-pressing device, and the claw teeth around the main piece are overwhelmed by the flanging device, and the water chamber is sealed and maintained for a certain period of time to fully deform the main piece.
