This radiator performance test bench is suitable for heat transfer performance test of oil cooler in automobile, tractor, and construction machinery engine (internal combustion engine). According to the development trend and demand of various motor vehicle internal combustion engines, apply reasonable design ideas, select advanced test instruments and adopt more realistic test methods, further improve the test level of the heat dissipation system, and adapt it to the performance test of the oil dissipation parts of the internal combustion engine of motor vehicles and the inspection test of the actual operation effect of the cooling system. Its purpose is to improve the efficiency of vehicle oil radiators and improve the design of oil coolers to provide practical evidence.
Main uses
1. Quality re-inspection:
The heat transfer performance of sampled or re-inspected products is used as the basis for analyzing and judging product quality.
2. Assess the quality of product design:
In new product development, the heat transfer performance test is carried out on the sample. According to the test results (hot and cold medium outlet temperature, hot medium outlet pressure drop, heat transfer) and through the calculation of heat transfer area (A) and other parameters, the original design quality is evaluated.
Main performance indicators:
Technical requirements for cooling water system control and measurement:
1. Water flow: 0~24 cubic meters per hour; Oil flow: 0~15 cubic meters per hour;
2. Design test pressure: open water tank, gauge pressure is zero;
3. Temperature control range: room temperature ~ 95 °C;
4. Measurement of oil flow: mass flow meter; Measurement of water flow: electromagnetic flow meter;
5. Temperature difference: 0~15°C;
6. Inlet and outlet pressure difference: 0~300KPa;
Technical requirements for oil system control and measurement:
1. Volume flow at 140 degrees: 11# oil: 0-(822.0442Kg*15m3/h)
14#油:0-(826.4611Kg/m3*15m3/h);
2. Design test pressure: the pressure of the fuel tank gauge is zero, and the pipeline pressure is ≤ 3MPa;
3. Temperature control range: ≤140°C; Temperature control accuracy± 1°C
4. Temperature difference: 0~40°C;
5. Inlet and outlet pressure difference: 0~500KPa;
