Automatically punch out the long groove hole of the manifold, manually insert the fixed-length aluminum tube into the half mandrel during production, start the operation button, and the positioning, core-piercing, clamping, oil feeding, pressing, vibration, core pulling, lifting, returning and other processes are automatically completed. The lubrication adopts indoor spray lubrication system to ensure the processing quality and tool life of the workpiece. When machining manifold with different pipe diameters, the corresponding mandrel and tool can be replaced.
